football begins

football season has started in the south. Meaning, if there is a home game, there is not much to do in town but to go to the game. I have adopted Clemson football as my team of choice and whenever I can. Above is a picture of what the stadium looks like right before Clemson players come running down the hill. The place goes crazy, people jump up and down, balloons go flying and within miles away you can hear people cheering. Below is a little movie clip of what is like to be in the student section right before a kick off. Everyone jumps up and down and sings "Uh oh, Uh oh, etc".

So, for all of you folks who ever never had the chance to go to a game. You need to go find a team and go embrace the culture of a Saturday Football game. I probably will not be writing much about football games but I figure it is a good time of the year to share the experience of the past two weekends.
