Went to the Red Sox vs. Braves this past weekend. It was a sad day. Sox lost. however, the next day they won. Maybe I am cursed? Maybe, the Atlanta heat is getting to my head. Unsure, but I do know that if you are interested in listening ot some new music, check out http://www.joshrouse.com/.
Each week, they are playing a new track from his album coming out in the end of July (31). The album is called "Country Mouse, City House" which contains 9 tracks based around 70's style with catchy lyrics and broke down sound, similiar to the groups, "Eagles" and "America". I have 
listened to most of the tracks have a wintery and yet disconnect from the traditional Josh Rouse sound. "Sweetie" the opening track from the album is the probably the best song on the album so far from what i have heard and "Snowy" is major departure by using horns instead of the classic strings are a haunting background. Over all, the album may test the waters of loyal Josh Rouse fans or it may just simple make them down until the next album.
